This week USPTO granted 77 utility, design, and plant patents to Oregon-based inventors. This is the work of 135 named inventors from 27 State municipalities. These numbers are based on the Way Better Count method of tracking patents and inventors.

As of October 20, 2015, the year to date Way Better Count of all patents granted to Oregon-based inventors or companies shows 1429 patents granted to Oregon inventors and 69 patents identified titleholders (assignees) who worked with inventors from the State.
